The Society meets on alternative second Mondays at the Church Hall at 7:30 PM..

Committees use the other second Mondays for committee meetings if needed. (Always confirm meeting dates and times with a member of the executive committee.) Our calendar of meetings follows:

Historical Society regular meetings: December 8, 2003. In 2004: February 9,
April 12, May 10 (Annual Meeting), July 12, September 13, November 8.

Committees may meet on: January 12, March 8, June 14, August 9, October 11,
December 13.

Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting was held Monday, May 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the Church Hall for normal business, committee reports and electing permanent officers. (Present officers have been for short terms as pro-tem). All meetings are open to the Guemes community. Minutes.
